Laboratory for Electronic Materials and Device
Technology
The mission of the laboratory is to educate and train individuals
in various aspects of electronic materials and device research who can pursue
careers in electronic industry and academia.
Investigators focus on the synthesis, processing
and characterization of high quality electronic materials and fabrication
of devices. The objectives of this research laboratory in University of Alabama,
Tuscaloosa are threefold:
- To formulate, synthesize, process and characterize
a variety of advanced materials for enabling and emerging technologies.
- To fabricate devices and establish their performance.
- To provide high class education and training to students,
post-doctoral fellows and young scientists and engineers.
